Stress Level: Grrrrrrrrrrr

Did I ever tell you I hate shopping with
John? Okay, I will admit, today was not as
bad as other days only because I went to
Burlington Coat factory while he went to
Guitar center next store. Shwwwweeeeewww!
That was a close one.
The issue was getting to that point. I
lost him at the library, he drove with iced
over windows and I almost messed my pants
and he is hard or hearing and has a habit of
ignoring me so no matter how slowly, or
carefully I explain something to him he
either doesn't listen or he has the attention
span of lint and tunes me out or is really
that deaf from all those years of the Fire-
truck. Either way I end up frustrated and
want to go home.
Also, though he is getting better, he
explains every street and every building to
me like I am a tourist and tells me the whole
history of the building. UM, like he knows.
I think he makes it up as he goes along!
Okay, so I made it home alive,
but was so stressed out and crabby by
the time I got there I was barking at everyone,
even the dog all day. I need to learn my
lesson and just not leave the house
when I am in a "Tiff"
Moral of the Day: If you need to yell to
release some pent up stress your Husband
makes the best target!

Go exercise or take a walk when your in a "tiff". I do both then eat chocolate. Been married 25 years plus. It just gets better! Have two teenage sons and a young child like you. You need SERIOUS coping strategies (like blogging) to get through the day. Sometimes I just run away to work. I also enter giveaways for the marshmallow shooter gun. I plan to use it to peg anyone in the family that bothers me.

Sounds like some great idea's. I sent a letter to the marshmellow blaster people to try and get a review for I was also thinking of that as a way to let out steam. I keep telling those guys if they just did everything the way I said and the only time they spoke was to agree with me things would be so much better around here. I don't know what "Their" problem is!
