Stress Level: I need a shrink!
New Grey hairs added: Time to buy some hair die!
Ya know, I don't think I did much today, I just didn't have
the energy. Normally I spend a few hours on my blog, then
a few hours on my work at home stuff then a few hours
cleaning, OKAY maybe an hour, then dinner and the rest baby time.
I should let you know that all the stuff above takes place between
broken up baby times. I squeeze everything else in when she is
napping or with Dad and once in a while she will sit by me while
I do tasks but she is such an attention hog that when she see's
me she must be on me.
Today was baby day all morning then John took her to
his brothers for Band Practice and I should have had lot's of
time to do whatever I wanted. I laid down and even set an alarm
for an hour and next thing I know John is walking in the door
6 hours later. WOW, some nap. I must have needed it though
but not only didn't get anything done I am now up at 2 am and
can't sleep.
I do have to say that Baby time was a lot of fun today.
Rowan is getting to the age where she can play games
with you. She has really been into toys for a while but
now will interact with me too. Today I was holding her and
she was smiling and I would say,
" Where's that baby!"
She would smile.
"That baby's so shy!"
and she would bury her face in my shoulder until I said,
"where's that baby," again and then we would start all over.
She had me cracken up for her smile truly lights up a room.
I guess she also had a blast at John's brothers house. John's
Niece lives there with her three kids all under the age of
5 and all Boys so Sarah loves when Rowan is there to have a
little girl around. Nate is only about 6 months older then
Rowan but the leap from 6 to 12 months is a huge one
in Baby worlds so he is all over and all she can do is
watch. From what I heard though, today Sarah had Rowan
on her lap and Nate ran up to play and Rowan bust into
tears for he startled her and then he bust into tears for
she hurt his feelings and soon everyone was crying and
nobody knew why they were. The kids I mean, the adults
got it. At least I think, John can be kind of slow.
Andrew went to his Dads to fish but not before the steaks
came and those had to be made right away. He also is
a nut case with dry ice and he scares me to death with
it so I packed that up and sent it as well. I am waiting for
the call from my Local ER for his Dad may be 45 but
give him something like that to mess with and he is 10
years old in the backyard again. If you see a breaking
news story about a 45 year old man and 16 year old boy
blowing up a garage with Dry Ice. That is them! Other
then that I am going to try and go back to sleep!
Moral of the Day: A man plays with toys
no matter how old he is!

This looks like a very useful piece of equipment. AztecFeller@aol.com
