Picaboo Review and Giveaway!

You guys know I am a photo fanatic and love
to have pictures of my kids and family all over
my house. I get them for myself, my family and
gifts for everyone. For Christmas I ordered photo
books, mugs, mouse pads and pretty much anything
I could have made with a picture on it I had made.
One of my favorite ways to organize my photos is
in photo books. It is so much simpler then buying
a photo album and going through the tedious process
of placing all your photos in them and trying to get them
just right. If you guys are anything like me you most
likely have about 4 boxes of pictures sitting around with
albums that are empty next to them and when people
as to see the pictures you have to present them with
the whole, unorganized mess.

"I keep meaning to put those in the books but can
never find the time!"

If I had a dollar for every time I used that excuse I would
have enough to hire a professional photographer to
follow my family around and document our whole lives.
I swear I have photos and rolls of undeveloped film from
1989 sitting in a drawer. I don't even know what is on them
and I am terrified to throw them out for it could be the
shot of a lifetime and I might be tossing out my sons Kindergarten
graduation pictures for all I know. Will they ever be developed?
Doubt it. Will I ever throw them away? Not a chance. So there
they sit, waiting!

With Rowan I was determined not to fall into that trap
and since everyone has a digital camera anymore I have
been faithfully loading them onto my computer and saving
them in files. This fall I signed up for numerous photo
sharing sites and have ordered pictures like a woman on
fire. I love the photo books and the fact instead of boxes
of items I will never touch I now have a library of books
filled with my kids silly grins. I can personalize, prioritize
and best of all it doesn't take all of my time. In 20 minutes
I can have them down loaded and ordered and a few days
later sitting in my mailbox. Now when someone says, "Do
you have any photo's?" I just hand them a book that looks
professionally done and say, "But of Coarse!" With captions
below I don't even have to explain the shot, they can read
all about it. Love it and best of all love how simple it is!

Picaboo offers a great solution to my photo needs and
makes it so simple even the busiest person can't find an
excuse not to use them. Simply down load their software
onto you computer and in minutes you can organize your
photos in a hassle free way. Once you have them there
you have tons of options and can order books and cards
at your own connivance and never even have to leave the
house. Pricing is more then competitive and the simplicity
is fantastic and your options are vast. You can use pre-set
formats, or create your own and edit them any way you
want. I had a blast with the themes, was excited to find
over 240 different layouts and did a dance when I saw there
were over 40 fonts. The fact is with all the options they
offer you can create a product that is truly one of a kind.
Next time you have a Party, order personalized cards as
invitations. Take lots of pictures at the party and remember
it forever with a photo book of the event. You can have the
date and name of the event printed right on the cover
for super easy reference and start your own library of
you family's history just like I did. I have a book shelf were
I have all my photo books so I can pull them out whenever
I want and reminisce. When Rowan is old enough for me to
embarrass her by showing pictures of her when she was
a baby to her friends and any young man that makes it
past the Gauntlet of 3 Older brothers and her Dad I won't have
to dig or sort through pages I can just grab a book that says
Rowan's most embarrassing Pictures right off the shelf.
Picaboo has just made it easy to keep my life in Focus and
keep my kids in the "Picture" no matter how fast they grow!

Picaboo was also kind enough to offer to give one of my
readers a $50.00 Gift code to use so they can start their
own library of Photo Books. To enter just head over to the
site and take a look around and come back and post in a
comment how you would spend the gift card if you are the
winner! The contest will start today and run to midnight on
March 7th.
USA and 18 and older can enter daily and the winner
will be contacted by email and have 72 hours to
contact me with their mailing information. As always
